The Columbus Jewish Federation takes responsibility for the identification and development of the future leaders of Central Ohio's Jewish community.  Through programs like Leadership 21, individuals of great talent and potential are brought together from all parts of the community. As a group, they are exposed to the expertise and experience of current and former lay leadership and taught the skills necessary to grow into effective leaders.  Leadership 21 is a select group of 21 individuals with a well rounded educational experience that is grounded in the activities of the Jewish community.
